Peter Norborg is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Swire Bulk, the company’s first CEO since it became an independent entity under the Swire Group.

Peter has over 4 decades of experience in the dry bulk industry and previously held roles including the CEO position at Denmark’s Clipper Group, the Chief Operating Officer at Gearbulk, and spent 14 years at Norden occupying various positions from the Head of Dry Cargo to the Executive Vice President role.

Gavin March is the Finance Director of Swire Bulk. Formerly the Chief Finance Officer of HAECO Cabin Solutions USA since October 2020, Gavin has amassed over 28 years of working experience. He began his career in the UK working within the aviation industry.

Gavin has been working with the Swire Group since 2016, and has worked in countries including the UK, Hong Kong SAR, Germany & USA. He is a certified Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) professional and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (CIMA).

Lim Wei Ling is the Head of Global Operations at Swire Bulk, where she leads the company’s operational strategy across both the Atlantic and Pacific markets. Since joining the Swire Group in 2018, Wei Ling has brought over a decade of bulk operations experience from her previous roles at J. Lauritzen and Daiichi Chuo Kisen Kaisha, where she honed her skills in managing a diverse fleet ranging from Small Handy vessels to Capesizes. With deep experience in shipping operations, she now oversees a global team spread across six international offices, driving excellence and efficiency in Swire Bulk’s worldwide operations.

Celaste Tan is the Head of Human Resources of Swire Bulk, based in Singapore. Since joining the company in 2021, Celaste has provided human resource counsel to the Leadership team and various Head of Departments, and is responsible for driving essential human resource functions such as talent recruitment and development, structure, remuneration, governance, diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organisation.

Bringing with her over two decades of experience in the shipping, medical, aerospace, fast-moving consumer groups, and oil and gas industries, Celaste is skilled at aligning HR initiatives with corporate objectives to maximise the potential of every employee.

Henrik Sleimann Petersen is the Head of Asset Management of Swire Bulk. Prior to this role, he was most recently the Group Director overseeing S&P, New Building, and Tonnage lease structures within the Ultranav Group.

With more than 35 years of experience working in the shipping industry, Henrik has held various Management and Board positions and is highly experienced in structuring tonnage procurement strategies, tonnage lease structures and sale and purchase across diverse commercial segments, spearheading global commercial and operational activities, as well as leading acquisitions and joint ventures amongst others. Henrik started his shipping career in A.P.Moller-Maersk and has held leading positions at companies such as Eitzen Bulk, Ultrabulk, and Ultranav.

A Danish citizen, Henrik has lived and worked in multiple countries including Denmark, Taiwan Region, Brazil, U.S.A., U.A.E. and now resides in Singapore.

Meike Ziegler is Swire Bulk’s General Counsel and has been with the Swire Group since 2020. She first joined the legal team of Swire Bulk’s sister company, Swire Shipping, before taking on the role as General Counsel with Swire Bulk in 2023. Her extensive shipping litigation experience in multiple jurisdictions, as well as her broad corporate experience has made her a valuable addition to the Swire Bulk’s Executive Leadership Team.

Meike started her shipping career with the UK P&I Club in 2010 before joining HFW and qualifying as a solicitor in 2014. Meike spent 8 years working for HFW across their Dubai, France, Greece, and UK offices. She is now based in Singapore.
