Various governments globally have enacted legislations, in the form of Modern Slavery Acts (MSA), with the objective to combat modern slavery. These Acts make companies accountable for any presence of slave labour, child labour and any labour abuses, both in their operations and in their supply chains.
Swire Bulk recognises that modern slavery as an issue has become increasingly visible and takes our legal and moral duties in this regards very seriously. This is reflected in our Modern Slavery Policy.
